ServerPoint specializes in Used & Refurbished IT Hardware, including desktops, workstations, servers, laptops, monitors, components and related IT equipment.
Used & Refurbished products may show reasonable cosmetic signs of previous use, such as minor scratches, marks or signs of wear. These do not necessarily affect the functionality of the product.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, because we sell Used & Refurbished IT Hardware, appearance, configuration, accessories and availability may vary between individual units.
Customers should review the product description and specifications before placing an order.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on the ServerPoint website are shown in AED unless otherwise stated.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
The final price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
4. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
ServerPoint reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if there is an error in the product information.
If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Customers must provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order.
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the product ordered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Any estimated delivery time is provided as an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order after receiving it and contact ServerPoint promptly if there is any issue with the product received.
8. WARRANTY
Eligible Used & Refurbished products may include a limited hardware warranty.
The applicable warranty period will be stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or sales receipt.
All warranty claims are subject to our Warranty Policy.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to ServerPoint’s applicable Refund & Return Policy.
Products should not be returned without first contacting ServerPoint for instructions.
10. SOFTWARE & DATA
Where an operating system or software is included with a product, availability and licensing may depend on the specific product configuration.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data.
ServerPoint is not responsible for loss or corruption of customer data resulting from hardware failure, software issues, servicing, repair or other circumstances, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ServerPoint will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
12. WEBSITE CONTENT
Website content, including text, graphics and other materials belonging to ServerPoint, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ServerPoint may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any updated version will be published on this website and will apply from its effective date, subject to applicable law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
