  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

If you experience a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with its accessories and any items supplied with it.

Our products are refurbished and may have minor cosmetic signs of previous use, such as small scratches or marks. Normal cosmetic signs of use are not considered a product fault unless the condition is materially different from the product description.
